Being Human

Being human means you have to have a human body, you know, the usual: one head, one body, two arms, two legs and so on. Yeah, that one checked. I am human!

Being human you should be able of mental states like excitement, falling in love, despair, sadness and a wide range of feelings (feelings driven by hormones and psycho-social patterns). I can also check this one, therefore I am human!

Being human means you are a social creature, involved in social networks, with a social role to play.
I am a part of several social networks, but only for the sake of being social, I am not that much into "What you ate last night?" or "My husband is having a big pimple on his face". I play the part so I can say I'm a social being. If it were up to me, I would limit communications only to what is really interesting for me and the rest would be commuted to silence mode. Why does everyone feel the need to expose every single detail of their life, like I care?! I never do this! I consider my life to be my life.

Anyway, everyone has several roles to play, some do a spectacular job, others can go nominated for the worst acting ever. But never secondary role, always the MAIN role in everything: my life, my children, my wife, my career, my friends (please notice the my, mine, ME- every time, everything is something only in a relation with a ME).
I can check this one too, as I previous said I am ego-centric, sometimes social (despite my lack of interest in others life), I am human!

But if being human means to be interested in the trifling aspects of someone-you-don't-even know's life (like what celebrity no.2 had for breakfast this morning) or to waste time trying to get others attention by saying things like "I want to become a porn actress because I want to show my parents that I can do well in life" then I prefer if everyone will consider me a Martian (I can't say the real name of my home planet- security issues, I hope you understand!) , a non-human organic life form caught in the weird human societies nowadays.

Frightened to be here,
