How to fake taking a shower

Well, I was surfing the internet for ways of dealing with rejection, you know, that thing that normally hurts your ego so bad, and I found this, a how to web-site.

This was the best therapy I could ever get... I am not rebounding or whatever, I did remember that people are free to take their own paths and not mine all the time (still, I am the same self-absorbed ego I was before).

No " get over it sweetheart", and all that bullshit did it for me, but this "How to" manual with articles such as this one: How to fake a shower.

So, if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to fake a shower(?!?!???), then:

  1. Start the shower and wait a few moments (this is the time where you would take off your garments).
  2. If possible, splash the water around in the shower to make it look like you were walking in it.
  3. Get dressed in your fresh clothes.
  4. Use water from either
    • The shower
    • A sink
  5. Toss water somewhere near the shower to make it appear like you've got out when you're 'done' taking the shower.
  6. Do the same with a towel, except sprinkle water onto various parts of the towel.
  7. Wait a few more minutes (count how long you usually stay in the shower) before turning off the shower.
  8. Take this moment to rub water over the visible parts of your skin. It'd be more convincing if you added a little water to the areas around your skin as well.
  9. Dampen your clothes a tiny bit; not too much or it'll be a suspicious sight.
Now really, can someone did encounter a situation where they had to fake a shower? and if you had to fake it, why not just take that damn shower, the time is the same, the effort is the same?!

And another good one was "How to see "Dial" from inside the bar of soap". Wow!
"When you start a new bar of Dial soap you might ask yourself "What would the 'Dial' look like from the inside of the bar?" You might think that you could just hold the soap in front of a mirror but then you realize that you're still looking at the outside of the soap and it's just reversed.
Here you learn how to see the 'Dial' from the inside."

Yes, this is a skill I need to master.

My only thought now is "How to write a " How to "Thank you Wiki-How" "article". Maybe I will come up with something.
